The Il Casale ApartHotel in Martinsicuro
Il Casale initially began as a restaurant that offered guests the possibility of staying overnight before it actually became a hotel. Now it offers 12 cozy apartments from 30 to 35 square meters all with kitchenettes. Each apartment has air conditioning, a flat-screen TV, a balcony, and free Wi-Fi.
The darling apartments are all done in Feng Shui style and can be rented with the Bed & Breakfast option or as an apartment.
Located just 500 meters away from the beach, Il Casale offers the additional service of an umbrella and 2 chaise lounges at a nearby bathing establishment during the summer months.

What to See and Do in Martinsicuro
Il Casale is located in Villa Rosa, a tiny town that is part of Martinsicuro. Beautiful, pristine beaches and a family atmosphere is what makes this area so special. Martinsicuro, Alba Adriatica, Tortoreto, Giulianova, Roseto degli Abruzzi, Pineto and Silvi are the seven seaside towns that are connected by a cycling path, one of the best in all of Italy.
This part of the Adriatic Sea has been repeatedly awarded the Blue Flag for its clean water and shores. There is also a waterpark in the immediate area- fun for the entire family!
In the Area
In just 30 minutes you can reach San Benedetto del Tronto along the Riviera delle Palme, one of the most sought-after destinations in the whole region.
There are also a number of hilltop villages that can be explored by driving just slightly inland such as Colonnella and Controguerra. Both of these are located along the famous Teramo Wine Road where guests can taste local wines and foods.
Civitella del Tronto has the largest fortress in all of Italy and the town of Campli, just 45 minutes away, is famous for its Scala Santa and sanctuary.
In about an hour and a half you can be at one of the most beautiful national parks in Italy, the Gran Sasso and Monti Laghi National Park.
